Had the best weekend in L.A. with these two a few weeks back.  Carol is one of my oldest and closest friends: down-to-earth, God-fearing, and shares my love for foood.  (Oh did I mention that if you're a foodie we're pretty much friends already?)  Leiman, her fiance, is an all-around terrific guy.  Right off the bat, I could sense all the things Carol had told me on the phone about Leiman, this dark, (very dark!) skinned Asian guy.

We spent Friday exploring Hollywood, where Leiman grew up.  The view from his house is amazing, you can literally see the Hollywood sign standing from his backyard.  Nearby there's a lake surrounded by forest and a winding road encircling it.  The weather was a tad cloudy, but in no way masked the smiles on these two.  I think 85% of the photos we took that day was of them laughing. :)
